I’m Nicole. I help working moms who are stretched too thin — balancing work, caregiving, family, and the constant stress of just keeping it together. I spent nearly three decades as a research scientist while raising a son and navigating my own burnout, so I get it. I know what it’s like to feel like you’ve lost yourself in the chaos of doing it all.

My approach is simple and supportive. I teach small, doable practices that help you feel more rested, clear-headed, and in control of your day — without adding more to your plate.

Whether through one-on-one coaching, guided imagery, or group workshops, I create a space where you can finally take a breath. Together, we’ll focus on what helps you feel better — physically, emotionally, mentally — so you can show up for your life with more ease and energy.
