Hi! I’m Nicole (she/her).
As a board-certified health and wellness coach and guided imagery practitioner, I help nurturers and over-givers break free from stress and take back control of their lives. Through mindfulness, breathwork, and guided imagery, I provide simple yet powerful tools to bring ease and balance into everyday life. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to juggle endless responsibilities while neglecting your own well-being. That’s why I’m passionate about helping others create space for rest, healing, and self-discovery.
I’ve created Reclaim Your Center - Unwind and Realign for those who give so much to others but rarely pause for themselves. This workshop is your opportunity to slow down, breathe, and rediscover the calm and clarity that has always been within you. You’ll walk away with practical techniques to manage stress, feel more grounded, and navigate life with greater ease. Most importantly, you’ll leave feeling supported and empowered, knowing that true well-being starts with taking time for you.
